To add gift messages to your Shiptheory orders you will need to first enable the setting to do so. This can be done by logging into the Shiptheory dashboard and then going to Channels > Bluepark
From there scroll down into the Advanced Settings section and then you will find a setting labelled Gift Message Field
You can then select from the dropdown if you would like to save your gift messages from the customer comments or safe place comments.
Once done hit Save, then for all future orders Gift Messages will then be downloaded from your Bluepark store into Shiptheory!
