Occasionally the Shiptheory SuiteApp may run into issues on uninstallation. This is a known issue which is being worked on. In the meantime, proceed through the below steps to work around the issue.

  1. Log into any Administrator role in account.
  2. In Setup - Users/Roles - Manage Users, find a user who previously had the role "Shiptheory" and click on their name to open the user record.
  3. Edit the user, In Access - Roles tab, manually add role "Shiptheory", then save.
  4. Edit the user again, remove role “Shiptheory", then save.
  5. Uninstall the SuiteApp com.hightower.shiptheory again.
