Occasionally the Shiptheory SuiteApp may run into issues on uninstallation. This is a known issue which is being worked on. In the meantime, proceed through the below steps to work around the issue.
- Log into any Administrator role in account.
- In Setup - Users/Roles - Manage Users, find a user who previously had the role "Shiptheory" and click on their name to open the user record.
- Edit the user, In Access - Roles tab, manually add role "Shiptheory", then save.
- Edit the user again, remove role “Shiptheory", then save.
- Uninstall the SuiteApp com.hightower.shiptheory again.
