Shiptheory Support

When using DPD.hu ParcelShop services will require a PudoID. When attempting to book a shipment without a PudoID you will get the following error: Error MSG530: PUDO not found.

To resolve this you will need to add the PudoID within your delivery instructions where Shiptheory can then take this ID and send this to DPD.hu.

To set a PudoID you will need to send PudoID: XXXXXXXX where XXXXXX is replaced with the ID. The Pudo ID will only be recognised if it is within 1-20 characters without spaces.
