Connecting your and Shiptheory accounts is easy. The guide below will take you through how -

Before you start...

You will need to contact to request they open a specific API account for you. Once opened, you will need to get a few details about the account. These include your Customer ID, API Key and Sender Address ID. We will need these details to connect your accounts.


From any page in Shiptheory, click on Carriers along the left hand side and then Manage Carriers:

On the next page, scroll down until you see listed, click on it to enable it.

The carrier will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the carrier settings Page.

Enter your Customer ID, API Key and Sender Address ID as give to you by your DPD Account Manager, you will also need to select your default parcel dimensions .

Once you have entered your details, click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should see this:

If you receive an error, double-check you have typed your DPD credentials correctly and try again.
