Via the Advanced Dashboard

To view tags in the Advanced Dashboard add the Tags column. To do this, edit your dashboard or choice and add the tags column to your columns list. 

Via the Shipment Popup

In the advanced dashboard right click on a shipment and click view to open the shipment popup. Associated tags will be displayed at the top of the popup under the title.
