Shiptheory automatically refreshes your authorized credentials and keeps them up to date using Hermes' authentication system. However there may be instances where you wish to start the connection workflow from scratch. If you are experiencing errors when testing your connection then you will need to re-authorize with Hermes DE. 



To re-authorize with Hermes DE simply click on the link in the error message ("click here to reconnect"). This will return you to the start of the connection workflow. Follow the steps in the setup guide to get connected again. 


If you are not having issues with testing your connection, but wish to start the connection process from scratch then reach out to our support team who can manually start the process for you again.
