As of October 2023 APC require one of the below Leave Safe options to be selected for all APC consignments. The options which are available are as follows:
Not Allowed - Leave safe will not be used
Consignee Choice - The reciever can decide whether or not to have Leave Safe enabled after the booking
Allowed - Leave Safe where possible will be used for the consignment
By default Shiptheory will set consignments to Not Allowed to change this simply add the Consignee Choice or Allowed enhancement to your manual booking or your rules as shown below:
Note: If you select the Security enhancement you will also be unable to select any Leave Safe options as these will not be applied when booking the order with APC
