Step 1. The customer will receive their Tuffnells account number from Tuffnells and input that into Shiptheory, along with confirming their collection time.
Step 2. Shiptheory support will create multiple test orders (4 or 5) in the Shiptheory account and book them in with different Tuffnells services. Please contact Shiptheory support here.
Step 3. Shiptheory support will receive the label PDFs, paper manifest and electronic manifest information.
Step 4. These 3 pieces of information will be submitted to Tuffnells and once have confirmation that everything is set correctly, the customer’s FTP details will be input to Shiptheory and the connection will be set to live.
