When booking shipments with Zedify, by default no label will be created as Zedify do not generate these on their end. However, we've built a solution for customers that want the ability to have the receiver address information still print out.
Within your Zedify page in Shiptheory, access your Advanced Settings:
From there, head down to "Generate Address Labels" and switch this setting on:
Once you've enabled this, hit save. Any orders booked with Zedify from this point will have an address label generated. See an example of how this looks here:
