When placing a shipment through CSM, the shipment may fail due to the error: "No Products Defined". This is due to one or more products still requiring certain fields to be filled out in the commodity data.
All products require the following details:
- SKU
- Name
- HS Code
- Commodity Description
- Commodity Composition
- Commodity Country
- Weight
- Value
These details can be added via your sales channel, you may also add them through Shiptheory's Products page.
To find a list of your products navigate to View Products:
Select the product(s) required, from here you will be able to edit and add all the information required.
Once all these fields have been entered, you should no longer have any issues. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch regarding any concerns or issues you may have..
