For Pall-Ex timed services you will need to enter a time slot for these shipments, there are two ways in which this can be done outlined below.
Please note: If the booking time is outside of 10:00-17:00 this may inccur surcharges. To enable/disable surcharges please read here.
The first way this can be done is through your Pall-Ex advanced settings. To access the correct page on the Shiptheory dashboard go to Carriers > Pall-Ex > Advanced Settings > Delivery Time. From there you can enter a default time which will be used for all Timed delivery consignments.
The second way to specify a delivery time can be done within the delivery instructions. To do this you will need to specify them as done so below:
delivery_time: 10:00
The time will be automatically detected by Shiptheory and applied to your order. Please note when specifying order times through the delivery instructions this will take priority over the time set within your Pall-Ex settings.
