Pall-Ex offer many different label sizes/formats. These include:
- Nexus
- Nexus with Peely
- TWINE
You may come across an issue when creating labels through Shiptheory with Pall-Ex, whereby labels are printing such as the following:
you'll notice that the label is provided horizontally on a verticle sheet of paper, and as such being cut off
The first thing you must ensure to check, is that you have selected the correct label format that you are using through Shiptheory. You can do that under your Pall-Ex advanced settings by locating:
Manage Carriers Tab > Pall-Ex "Configure" > Scroll and click "Advanced Settings" > Scroll until you find "Label Dimensions":
Once on this setting, ensure that the label format is assigned to the one activated on your Pall-Ex carrier account. If you are unsure of which label size you are actively using, please contact your account manager with Pall-Ex.
If the issue persists once the correct format is selected on the above setting, then the issue is likely with how the labels are being sent to Shiptheory from Pall-Ex, this is not an uncommon circumstance. To resolve the matter, simply reach out to Pall-Ex on supportdesk@pallexgroup.co.uk - provide your API Username with Pall-Ex, aswell as a photo of an affected label. From there, they should be able to make the necessary changes on your account so the correct label format is sent to Shiptheory when booking consignments.
