Finding the product catalogue settings
Product settings are not placed under the general settings option in the sidebar. Instead you will need to navigate to Products > Settings from the sidebar.
Product grouping
Enable this if you wish to group by product SKU, quantity or name in the advanced dashboard.
Update products from channels
Download Product Data
By default, all channel integrations automatically update your product catalog when shipments are downloaded in Shiptheory. You can customize this behavior for each of your sales channels.
Update Catalogue: Your Product Catalogue will be automatically updated, and shipments will always use the most recent version.
Use Catalogue Product Info: The Product Catalogue will not be updated, and shipments will use the existing information found in the catalogue.
Use Catalogue Info + Discounts: As before, but shipments will apply the discount price as the product value if it is available in the channel data.

Lock Product Data
When enabled for a sales channel, Shiptheory ensures that shipment product data from that channel remains unaffected by updates to the Shiptheory Product Catalogue. To update any product data from the original channel, simply Retry the shipment from the dashboard to re-fetch all details.
