Shiptheory Support

You can update the time window that you would like Packfleet to collect shipments from your premises, explained below.

Set in Packfleet

Log in to your Packfleet account, select Manage Locations and click Edit on the location you have chosen to use with Shiptheory. At the bottom of the location settings, you can set the time window for Packfleet to collect your shipments:

Set in Shiptheory 

From the main menu, select Carriers > Packfleet and in the bottom left, click Advanced Settings. Under the Shipment Collection Times option, select Use collection times below and set the earliest and latest times you would like Packfleet to collect:
