Connecting your Packfleet and Shiptheory accounts is quick and easy and we'll get you booking deliveries in no time!
Before you start
Log in to your Packfleet account or, if you haven't yet registered for an account with Packfleet, you can do so at https://packfleet.com
Once logged in, select Settings > Integrations > Create an API key:
Make a note of this key as you will need it to connect Shiptheory in the next step. Next, select Manage Locations in the top right:
If you don't have a collection location created you will need to add a New Location to act as your delivery collection location for shipments created via Shiptheory:
Connect Packfleet
In Shiptheory, select Carriers > Manage Carriers. Click on Packfleet to add the integration to your account and take you to the settings page:
Enter the API key you obtained from Packfleet (above) and click Save. You should now see a Collection Location option where you can select the Packfleed collection location you added previously (above):
Click Save once more and you're good to go!
