If you use the 'Lowest Cost Service' and/or 'Fastest Service' options with Amazon Shipping, you have the option to ensure that only services from a certain carrier, or that certain specific services are used to book your shipments in Shiptheory.
For instance, if you only wanted Shiptheory to book shipments with Royal Mail, or Royal Mail and DPD:
Or if you wanted to ensure that shipments are only booked with Royal Mail Tracked services:
It's important to note that the wording for these services has to be exactly matching what Amazon has in their side (down to the case of the latters and any spacing). If you can't find these service names in your Amazon, or are in any way unsure, please Contact Support.
Note: If Shiptheory is unable to find a valid match between the available shipping services returned by Amazon and specific carriers or services listed in the settings above, the shipment will be marked as 'Failed' in Shiptheory.
