When booking consignments with DPD or DPD Local, it is possible that you may receive an error message similar to the below:
"Today we’ve no delivery slots in this postcode please try again in 48 hrs: delivery_post_code."
If you do come across this error, we recommend waiting 48 hours and then trying to book the consignment again. DPD have confirmed that this error means the order depot is currently full on capacity, and therefore you will be unable to book any more orders until there is space to do so.
We recommend reaching out to your account manager with DPD if there is any ambiguity on what to do moving forward when coming across this error.
