Shiptheory Support

We currently offer two integrations with Evri, that being Evri Business Account and Evri Corporate. Both of these will use different Evri account types. As Evri is now a re-brand of Hermes, you may need to know which integration to use based on previous Hermes account type.

Please note:

myHermes = Evri Business Account

Hermes = Evri Corporate Labels

This should help when deciding on which integration to use. If there is still any ambiguity with which account type you must use, then please reach out to your Evri account manager.
