Do Amazon provide tracking references at the time of booking?

No - Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) do not provide tracking references at the time of booking an order through Shiptheory. 

The reason in which they are not provided is related to how Amazon MCF works as a carrier. When you book an order, you are creating a fulfillment request, rather than booking in an order directly. As such, tracking references are provided by Amazon at a later date, once the fulfillment request has been confirmed and booked.

When will Shiptheory download a tracking reference from Amazon?

Once the Amazon MCF tracking reference is available within Amazon, we will download this information and update the consignment within Shiptheory.
