If you receive the error "EVRi rejected the shipment: Request Unsuccessful. Error Code 10000" when booking a shipment with EVRi, this could mean one of several issues. If none of the issues below applies to you, it's recommended to contact your EVRi account manager to check your account details.

  • If your booking request is for an international shipment with DDP trade terms, please check that your EVRi Corporate account has been enabled for DDP international shipments and that any outstanding bond payments have been cleared.
