If you get an error in Fast Despatch Logistics, saying "UUID not available" or "Object with UUID does not exist", the reason for this is likely due to the test environment being used, rather than the real environment.
To fix this issue, go to your Fast Despatch Logistics configuration page
Then, scroll down until you see the advanced settings button
Click the "ADVANCED SETTINGS" button and scroll down until you see the "Enable Test Mode" drop down menu
Click on the blue arrow and change the setting from "Yes, I'm currently testing" to "No, I want real labels"
Then click the blue save button to save the changes that have been made
Once these steps are completed, the UUID errors should be resolved.
