UPS will take whatever value is higher, whether it be physical or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is an estimated weight that is calculated from the length, width and height of the package. UPS will charge based on whatever value is greater, the dimensional or physical weight. The physical weight can be found on the Shiptheory dashboard, find the order you wish to inspect, use the drop down menu to the right of the order, and press "View". From here, simply navigate towards the bottom of the screen, here you should be able to find the physical values of your shipment.
To find the dimensional weight of a shipment, you can find this under UPS courier settings. To access this, simply use the drop down with your email, and click on "UPS"
