If you ship orders from your WooCommerce store, you will come across the following setting on your configuration page. This defines the order status that must be reached on WooCommerce to trigger your orders to be imported in Shiptheory. Here, for example, WooCommerce orders here must be Completed so that they are received:



However, you may notice that even if the correct order status is reached, your orders may not be appearing in Shiptheory as expected. There are a few possible causes for this, but your webhook settings are most commonly seen. 


Firstly, head to WooCommerce and navigate to Settings under WooCommerce on the left of your dashboard: 



Go to the Advanced tab, then select Webhooks:



Here you may notice that the Shiptheory webhooks are disabled. This would prevent the necessary triggers from being made between WooCommerce and Shiptheory:



You'll need to hover over each of these triggers, edit to allow Read/Write permissions, and then save each of the triggers. If successful, they'll look like this:



You'll then just need to hit save on your WooCommerce channel page on Shiptheory.
