Connecting with myHermes couldn't be easier! The guide below will walk you through how to get integrated easily and quickly.


Before you Start

You will need a myHermes credit based account. If you do not currently have credit with myHermes, please contact your myHermes account manager. 


Connecting your account

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:




From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the myHermes logo to activate the courier on your Shiptheory account:



Once done you will need to click the Connect to myHermes and use the login credentials you would to sign in to your account.





Once done the Test Connection will appear once you are redirected back to Shiptheory. All going well, you should be greeted with the green success tick and a confirmation message.



If you receive an error response, try again by clicking on the Connect to myHermes button.
