Connecting with Evri/Hermes couldn't be easier! The guide below will walk you through how to get integrated easily and quickly.


Before you Start

You will need to request the following from your Hermes account Manager Hermes Client ID, Client Name, API Username and Password.


Connecting your account

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:




From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the Hermes logo to activate the courier on your Shiptheory account:


Once done you will need to enter the below credentials which will be provided by Hermes.



Once all of the information is filled out click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should be greeted with the green success tick and a confirmation message.



If you receive an error response, double-check all of the credentials are correct and confirm with your Hermes account manager that they have provided the correct details before reaching out to Shiptheory support.
