When using APC and you are trying to ship to the following locations: Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey you may run into the following error APC error: (105) FAILED - Delivery PostalCode: INT - Incorrect format (a valid example is e.g. XXX XXX)
If this occurs you will want to first locate the shipment and find the country which is selected under this order. This can be located by going to Your Shipment -> View -> Expand Details and locating Country
We do support Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey as separate countries however you will need to ensure that this is changed to the United Kingdom and then you can try to rebook the order.
For these orders they may have a slightly extended delivery time due to the location however the booking process will be the same as any other UK shipment.
