If you would like to ensure that your customers receive tracking via URN (Unique Reference Number) through our Tuffnells integration, you'll first have to get in touch with your local Tuffnells Sales Manager/Account Manager.

You'd need to request that Auto Email or Out for Delivery Email Alerts should be activated on your account. Once this has been confirmed, your despatch emails will be sent out containing a URN that the customer can use to track their shipments, providing that they have supplied a valid email address.
