If you're attempting to book a shipment through our Caribou integration, you may see the shipment marked as Failed with the error message: "Call to Caribou API /create failed":

This may have a number of causes, but the most common is due to address verification. We recommend checking that the postcode is valid and formatted correctly and that the city/town name is populated as required. This can be edited per shipment by clicking on Your Shipment -> View -> Expand Details. Once you've fixed the address details, re-select Caribou and your desired service and click Create Label. This should now book in and produce a label successfully.
