When sending packages through Royal Mail you may get an error which rejects the shipment due to the service being unavailable or the address not being valid. If this is the case you will want to check the highlighted fields below to ensure they are correct, this page can be found by clicking on Your Shipment -> View -> Expand Details

Once confirmed and the address is correct above you may have exceeded the limits of the current service you are trying to use. Below are some values which you should double check:

Check the weight is above the minimum requirement and below the maximum

The price range is accepted within the service you are trying to send

Ensure the day the service is trying to be booked in as is correct/available
