When attempting to book in a ParcelForce shipment internationally you may receive a "Internal Server Error"
This error occurs when no products have been included on an international shipment, the best way to fix this is to add a product to the order either by manually creating a new shipment. Or you can resend this order through your store with products attached.
Once this is done they should now appear within the Shipment products of the order and should now be possible to book in with the PalletForce service you was previously trying to use.
