When booking shipments with An Post, you may run into the following error on shipments:

"An Post: "The number of parcels cannot be greater than the total number of shipment contents"

The first thing to be aware of is that An Post requires at least one product to be specified in all of your shipments. As such, you'll want to ensure that in your channel, all the orders being sent through contain products and product information. It's also important to be aware that all of your products require SKUs, as this is how Shiptheory acquires the rest of your product info.

If you have specified a product in the order but are still receiving this error, the next thing to check is the box count on the order. As the error states, if the number of parcels (boxes) exceeds the amount of products in the order, the error will display, as the product count needs to be the same or greater than the box count. You can double check both the box count and products of an order by hitting "view" on the Shiptheory dashboard:

If you're unsure about how to specify products from your channel, or have verified these factors and are still seeing the error, please feel free to Contact Support.
