When sending orders from Brightpearl to Shiptheory, it may be the case that your orders in your Brightpearl store use Pounds and Ounces for the weights rather than the standard Kilograms and Grams.

If this is the case, Shiptheory now supports this and can receive these weights accurately into the system. To change this, head to your Brightpearl settings page in Shiptheory and scroll down to the "Product Weight Units":



In that dropdown, you will then be able to select Pounds and Ounces depending on which of those you use. Of course, KG and G are still perfectly valid and available to use. Make sure you hit "save" after making any changes there.
