Before you start

You will need to contact your DX Express account manager to obtain the following details you will need to connect with Shiptheory: Customer ID, User ID and Password. All three credentials are required.

Connecting Your DX Express account

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:

From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and select the DX Express logo: 

DX Express will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the Account Details page.

Enter your DX Express User ID, Password and Customer ID into the respective fields ensuring that you're entering the correct credentials for the integration.

Please also specify your Collection Cutoff Time which will determine until what time you can book shipments that will be collected by DX on that same day.

Lastly, enter your goods description. This is just a general description of the products you'll be sending with DX.

Once you have entered your details, click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and that Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should see a confirmation message: 

If you receive an error, double-check you have entered the correct credentials and try again.
