When booking a shipment with Palletways, you may receive the message "Palletways accepted the shipment. Tracking number not provided".
Currently, the Palletways API is unable to provide Shiptheory with a consignment tracking number at the point that a shipment is booked. As a result, Shiptheory is unable to update your sales channels with Palletways tracking numbers.
Tracking numbers for shipments booked through Shiptheory will be available through the Palletways Online Portal after a couple of minutes.
As soon as Palletways are able to provide a tracking number at the moment of booking, Shiptheory will be able to store and pass tracking details through to your sales channels.
