It only takes 2 minutes to connect your Palletways and Shiptheory accounts. The guide below will get you up-and-running booking shipments in no time!



Before you Start

You will need to first request API credentials from your Palletways account manager. You will be emailed with both an API key and a URL-encoded API Key. 



Connecting your Sendle account

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:


From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the Palletways logo to activate the courier on your Shiptheory account:


Your Pallet will be redirected to the Palletways Account Details page.


Enter your API Key, select your currency, incoterms and check your default pallet dimensions.


Click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should be greeted with success:


If you receive an error response, double-check you have entered your API Key correctly and try again. If you're using the API Key sent to you by Palletways, try the URL-encoded API Key or vice versa.
