When sending orders to DHL, it may be the case that you need to specify the currency of the shipment you're sending. There are two options here; either to use the static option in the DHL page in Shiptheory, or to have the currency pulled through from your channel and used as needed.

Using Channel Currency-

If a currency is received from your channel, that will be automatically sent through to DHL to be used as the order currency. It's worth noting, only specific channels allow the sending of the currency to Shiptheory; these include WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento 2 and the Shiptheory API.

Using Static Currency-

If your channel doesn't support the sending of the currency, then this will be decided by the setting in your DHL "advanced settings" in Shiptheory:


The currency you select here will apply to all sent orders to that instance of DHL on your account.
