Shiptheory Support

If you are sending shipments internationally and have provided your HS or commodity codes for your products but you received the below error message from DPD/DPD Local:

DPD Local Validation error (1020) Invalid string value: consignment.parcel.parcelProduct.productHarmonisedCode

This means that the commodity code is not exactly 8 digits.
