Selecting channels

When Shiptheory books in a shipment with P2P Mailing, we return the FIC tracking number.

However some channels may require the FedEx tracking number to be returned. For those circumstances we now have an option within the P2P Mailing carrier settings within Shiptheory that allows you to specify which of your channels we'll return the FedEx tracking number to. 

FIC Fall back

In the event that a FedEx tracking number is not returned by P2P Shiptheory automatically sends the FIC tracking number to the channel instead. If you would like to disable this functionality, go to you advanced settings in P2P mailing and scroll down until you see the 'Fall Back Tracking Number' option. Here you can decide whether you want the FIC number to be sent to your channel or not.
