After successfully connecting Shiptheory to your Bluepark sales channel, it may be the case that shipments are still not automatically pulled to your Shiptheory dashboard. To remedy this, it may be the case that a simple change to your Bluepark webhook settings is required.

Firstly, from your Bluepark account, navigate to the Orders tab found within General > Settings.

From here, scroll down to "For Successful Orders (Webhooks)", where you will see a field for your webhook URL. Swap out the section of the URL for, ensuring that you don't replace the entire webhook link.

Once this has been updated and your changes have been saved, Bluepark shipments should now successfully begin to appear on your Shiptheory dashboard.
