When booking shipments with Shiptheory to FedEx, you may notice that shipments aren't appearing on your FedEx Tracking Portal, even though they have booked successfully in Shiptheory.

FedEx have confirmed that the reason for this, is that if you want your FedEx orders through Shiptheory to appear on the tracking portal, you need to sign up to "Insight" with FedEx. This can be done here.

If you have troubles signing up, it's worth contacting FedEx for support there.
