Shiptheory generates 4" x 4" (103 mm x 103 mm) shipping label PDFs for DPD and DPD Local containing a 91.5 mm wide barcode.
In order for printed shipping labels to be printed correctly with a barcode of the correct size, you must ensure that the label design is not resized or scaled-down in your PDF software and/or in your printer settings. This applies both to labels printed directly to label stock or as part of an integrated label design.
