If you come across this error when trying to connect your DPD account with Shiptheory, but are sure you are entering the correct details into the Shiptheory DPD settings page then there's a good chance it's because your DPD account does not have API access enabled.

We would advise that you get in touch with your Account Manager at DPD to see if they can get it enabled for you. If they come back and say it was already enabled, get in touch with our support team who will endeavour to get this fixed!
