If you encounter any problems with Sender's Addresses not being printed on your DPD labels please follow the below;


Please log in to your MyDPD account and navigate to your 'Shipping Defaults' settings tab


You should then see a 'Tick box' next to an option titles 'Senders Address on Label'


Once that has been done any labels printed should have the sender's address clearly shown.
