It's quick and easy to get your An Post account connected with Shiptheory. Just follow the steps below to get started!



Before you start...

You will already need to have an active account with An Post. If you do not yet have an An Post account, you can apply for one here: https://www.anpost.com/Commerce/Parcel-Solutions/Contact-us



Connecting An Post

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:


On the next page, scroll down until you see An Post listed and click on the logo.


An Post will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the settings page to enter your account details:


Enter your An Post Account Number, your Company Name as it appears on your An Post account and select each of the An Post services you intend to use with Shiptheory. If you're not sure about any of these details, please contact your An Post account manager who will be able to confirm.


Once completed, click Save


 

Your application will be submitted for Shiptheory and An Post to confirm the details and finish setting up your account. Once completed, we will be in touch to let you know and help you get started booking your shipments.
