If you're booking in with DPD Local and Shiptheory, you may see the following error message appear on an order:
This error can occur despite the fact that your order doesn't actually exceed the weight limit of that service. The reason for this has been confirmed by DPD as a restriction currently on their end with order weights;
If your order weight contains multiple decimal places, rather than just one, it will cause this error, such as the weight shown below:
What is recommended for these, is to modify the weight to round to the nearest decimal place, so this order would become like so:
