When an order is placed at your Bluepark powered site this is sent to Shiptheory for processing. This default behaviour can be changed at the Bluepark settings page. At the settings page, view the Advanced Settings section and select one of the options at the Order Download Trigger Status drop-down menu.
The New Order Received option is the default option which has new orders being sent to Shiptheory when the order is placed.
Selecting the All Products Picked option will mean that orders are only sent to Shiptheory once all of the products in an order have been marked as picked within Bluepark.
The At Least One Product Picked option can be used to send orders to Shiptheory when at least one product in an order has been marked as picked within Bluepark.
Autocompletion of Orders
When a shipment has been processed within Shiptheory and a courier has been booked the order status within Bluepark remains unchanged. In order to automatically complete an order in Bluepark once Shiptheory has processed the shipment, select the Yes, auto-complete an order option from the Autocomplete Orders drop-down menu at the Bluepark settings page, in the Advanced Settings section.
Bluepark Admin Comments
When Shiptheory sends updates to Bluepark about courier bookings these updates will be shown in the Admin Comments field within an order in Bluepark. In order to turn this feature off, select No, Do Not Update Comments from the Update Admin Comments drop-down menu at the Bluepark settings page, in the Advanced Settings section.
