Upon trying to send a shipment with Royal Mail to a postcode beginning "BF" (British Forces) you may receive the following error:
"The postcode x is not accepted by Royal Mail. Please double check the postcode is correct."
This error is usually received when you try to send a standard Royal Mail service to a BF postcode, as any standard or Tracked service will receive this error.
You'll instead need to use the specific HM Forces Services with Royal Mail which will allow you so send to here. The HM forces services can be found in our guide on available services here.
If you rebook the shipment on one of these services, there should no longer be an issue.
