Connecting Bluepark to Shiptheory is quick and easy, the first thing you'll need to do is enable API access from within your Bluepark store.
Enable API Access within Bluepark
To do this, from the main dashboard on the left go to Users > Admin Users as shown below.
Then select a user and, at the user editor page, scroll down to the Admin Panel Access and Authorisation section, selecting the checkbox alongside Enable API access.
Once selected don't forget to save your changes by clicking the disk button at the top-right of the page.
Once saved, scroll down to the Admin Panel Access and Authorisation section again where you will now see the API username, API key and API access URL. Make a note of these values which now need to be entered into the Shiptheory site.
Connecting Bluepark to Shiptheory
At the Shiptheory site, login and click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Channels option from the drop-down menu.
On the next page, scroll down until you see Bluepark listed, hover over the square and click the green + sign:
The channel will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the Bluepark settings page.
Enter your Bluepark API access URL that you noted earlier at the Bluepark admin page. Also enter your Bluepark API username and API key that were noted earlier from the same Bluepark admin page.
A unique Shiptheory token will be generated and shown in the Copy and paste your token field, as shown in the image above. This token will need to be used later on to complete the connection between Bluepark and Shiptheory. Select and copy the entire token for now. The token consists of a URL with some additional parameters.
When that's all been done, click the Test Connection button below to verify your Bluepark API details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your Bluepark store. All going well, you should see this:
If you receive an error, double-check you have typed your Bluepark API details correctly and try again.
Enable Bluepark to Communicate with Shiptheory
Back in your Bluepark store, from the main Bluepark dashboard on the left, select General / Settings > Settings then select the Orders tab from the top of the Settings page.
With the Orders tab selected, scroll down to the For Successful Orders (Webhooks) section. At the Webhook 1 (URL) field enter the following the token that you copied earlier from Shiptheory.
Then select New orders and updates from the Events drop-down menu. The page should now look something like this:
At the top of the page, in the Order Processing section, ensure that the Mode is set to Advanced (picking). This mode need to be set as Shiptheory will determine which courier to use when products within an order are picked.
Once done save your changes by clicking the disk button at the top-right of the page.
