For domestic (UK -> UK) shipments, you can select set whether DHL Parcel UK provides your recipients with a pre-delivery notification and whether this notification should be in the form of an SMS message or email.
You can find this setting by heading to your DHL Parcel UK settings and clicking the grey Advanced Settings icon in the bottom left. Scroll down to the Pre-Delivery Notification Type setting and, once you're happy, click Save.
