You may notice your orders going with APC Non Surcharged Services are failing with an error message similar to the below: 



You'll likely experience this error if you're trying to send an order with more than 2 products on a Non Conveyable APC Service. This is due to an update by APC on October 19th 2020, which only allows 2 or less products in one order to go via a Non Conveyable Service.


Therefore, for larger orders, it's worth looking at alternative services to use with APC so that you don't see repeated failures such as shown above.
